As a Retail Leadership Development Programme participant, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in various areas, including leadership, business, marketing, communication, merchandising, and diversity. You will also receive one-to-one support and mentoring to ensure your success.
Our Supervisors are essential to our company's success, and we recognize that they are our future Assistant Managers. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our award-winning in-house training and Apprenticeship team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a fast-paced high street retailer
- Basic understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit, and service
- Confidence, resilience, and ambition with the ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Ability to attend virtual workshops and participate in group activities with other Apprentices on the programme

Salary: From £12.25 per hour
Hours: 39 per week
Qualification: Retail Team Leader Level 3
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English
- Minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths
- Not currently at college or 6th form and available for full-time shifts
- Not completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship before
- Not already have a degree or completed a year or more at University
- Eligible to work in the UK
