About the Role

Inenco Group seeks a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our existing customer accounts and uncover fresh business prospects. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs, including Maths and English
  • Strong track record of working in a sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Commercial approach to decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Good understanding of the UK energy markets
