We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual to drive our E-Warranty project forward within our Audit department at Beaverbrooks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our branded partners and strengthening relationships with our office and store colleagues.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports using Excel and other reporting systems, supporting our stores in efficient and accurate recording of Swiss brand sales and stockholding, and organising and conducting serial number inventories across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.

They will also have a proactive mindset and the ability to work to their own initiative, with excellent decision making skills.

Previous experience of playing a key role in projects and maintaining and building lasting relationships is desirable.
