Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office build projects from brief to full build, providing support to the project team and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of office build projects, including site surveys and scoping visits
  • Liaising with architects, design agencies, and managing contractors on site
  • Ensuring project meets building regulations and planning requirements
  • Managing project budgets and reviewing project tenders
  • Working with the Lead Project Manager to analyse risks and opportunities
  • Supporting the team with the procurement of all assets for projects
  • Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork

Requirements:

  • Proven passion for project management and project delivery in construction
  • Previous experience on an office build project over £2 million
  • Project management qualification
  • Thorough understanding of current building regulations, CDM regulations, and local authority planning principles
  • Previous experience of working with project management programs such as Microsoft Planner, Adobe, Sketch-up, and CAD
  • Formal qualification in building surveying or construction
