Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new Beaverbrooks head office. As a key member of our Property and Store Visual Image Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team to deliver the new head office on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the Property and Store Visual Image Department, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent or minimize their impact.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
