About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Corbenyah Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across our 50-60 property residential portfolio and 10-12 property commercial development portfolio.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This will involve working closely with our in-house trades team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with our in-house trades team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure that projects are aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar scale and complexity.
  • Residential property management experience desirable but not essential.
  • CSCS Accreditation beneficial.
  • Familiar with Risk Assessments (RAMS) for HSE & Insurance purposes.
  • MS Projects or Equivalent Project Plan experience.
Working Conditions
  • Core working hours are Monday to Friday, however, our construction teams work evening and weekends where necessary to accommodate site accessibility and to complete projects to agreed timescales.
  • The role may require working outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel around the Fylde region and the North West and own transport essential.
