Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the development of our new Scottish Benefits, Debt, and Money Advice Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote the service across Scotland, leveraging strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, nationally agreed standards, and best practices in benefits and money advice.
  • Oversee resource allocation and plan support activities to deliver flexible, person-centered assistance.
  • Manage a team of advisers responsible for delivering this essential service.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by handling a small caseload of benefits, debt, and money advice cases.
