Regional Sales Director

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director who will drive our business's key revenue streams, including new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing customer base via a land and expand strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will lead a team of Account Executives and be responsible for managing our European operations to achieve revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and pipeline development strategies to ensure we achieve our new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
- Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to optimize their ability to acquire new revenue and build pipeline.
- Assist Account Executives in closing opportunities, including being involved in the sales process for new business and partnering with the Customer Success organization to manage existing accounts.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the ROLLER sales process.
- Present new business growth opportunities, particularly analysis on new 'verticals' and geographies and the product or distribution-related investments required to unlock potential TAM.
- 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS business, managing sales budgets, conceiving and executing effective and efficient sales processes & methodologies to maximize customer acquisition.
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
- Ability to scale sales organizations by designing effective business processes and partnering with technical resources to develop the supporting systems architecture.
- 4 Weeks of Annual Leave and 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year.
