About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to provide tailored tuition to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional educational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialized tuition to young people, adapting teaching methods to suit individual abilities.
- Engage students referred by local authorities and schools, offering holistic, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
- Commit to required hours with a flexible approach to meet each student's needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a relevant degree, or significant experience.
A competitive salary of £35-£45 per hour, access to CPD training, and opportunities for professional growth within our supportive agency. You will also receive guidance from a dedicated Account Manager and work towards enhancing DBS checks.
