About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join our team as an Education and Behaviour Mentor.

In this role, you will work with children aged 4-11 years old who require additional support due to their SEN status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the educational and behavioural needs of SEN children
  • Develop and implement behaviour plans to help students build self-esteem
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a relevant field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits
  • $24,300 - $27,600 per annum (based on 365 days/year)
  • Full-time contract
  • Permanent position
