**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
• Work closely with students, teachers, and school staff to provide individualised support and develop strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe and structured classroom environment, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices for behaviour support in educational settings.
• Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies is essential for this role.
