Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Job Summary:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a specialist school in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide support to children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, working closely with trained professionals to develop their social skills, emotional wellbeing, and mental health.

Responsibilities:
- Support the social, emotional, and mental health development of students with SEMH difficulties
- Collaborate with trained professionals, including Psychologists and Therapists, to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Contribute to a progressive, compassionate, and values-based school environment that prioritizes the well-being and education of students

Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or experience working with young people
- Resilience and an open-mind to support students with complex mental health challenges
