**Responsibilities & Requirements:**
• Provide individualised support to students with behaviour challenges, helping them to engage in their learning and develop positive relationships with teachers and peers.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behaviour management strategies, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in behaviour support and education.
• Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies is essential for this role.
**What We Offer:**
• Competitive hourly rate of £12 - £15 per hour, depending on experience.
