Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Educator in Intensive Care. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering education and training programs for our nursing staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing and a passion for education and leadership. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, mentoring and coaching nursing staff, and contributing to the development of our nursing strategy.

Main Duties of the Job

• Design and deliver education and training programs for nursing staff

• Mentor and coach nursing staff to develop their skills and knowledge

• Contribute to the development of our nursing strategy
