About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store teams, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and developing strategies to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to showcase products effectively.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven track record of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
