Retail Store Manager Lead

As a Store Manager at Mountain Warehouse Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leadership and Team Development: Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product launches, and stock management
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent product knowledge among team members
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Retail management experience from a fast-paced background
- Excellent people skills and a proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- A passion for selling and customer engagement
