Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Service Manager to join our team at the Shorterm Group. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Service office, covering Agricultural and both professional and domestic Horticultural machinery repairs. You will be working closely with the Branch and Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machinery repair and maintenance, with experience in managing staff and leading teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and methodical individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and improving business performance. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 32 days annual leave, Company Sick Pay Scheme, Workplace Pension, Employee Referral Bonus Scheme, Winter Flu Jab Service, Car Tyre Discount, Staff Discount in Country Stores, and Death in Service Cover (2 x salary).
