About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Sales Manager to drive our Affiliate initiative to continued success in 2025 and beyond. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract of 6 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners. They will also strategize and analyze data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.

This role requires strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving success in the affiliate sector and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Develop and expand direct commercial relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners.
  • Strategise and Analyse: Analyze data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Champion the Cause: Be the go-to person for all things commercial for Affiliates, championing the affiliate cause across Reach.
  • Report and Innovate: Regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.
