Job Description

The successful Affiliate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial success in our affiliate initiative. This includes developing and expanding direct relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Develop and expand commercial relationships with key affiliate partners and top-tier retailers.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimise performance.
  • Affiliate Champion: Be the go-to person for all things commercial for Affiliates, championing the affiliate cause across Reach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Editorial Affiliates, SEO, and Social teams to achieve targets and continuously improve best practices.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Commercial Acumen: A track record of driving success in the affiliate sector, with experience in achieving commercial goals and negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with experience using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to plan for medium and long-term success.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Innovative Mindset: Innovative mindset to seize short-term opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
