Sales Director/UK Sales Manager Opportunity at CV-Library
Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a challenge? Do you have a proven track record of building sales pipelines and sales teams? As our Sales Director/UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new and existing business in a front-line sales capacity, working alongside the senior leadership team. You will also have full responsibility for guiding the strategic direction of the commercial and sales operation, recruiting, managing and developing the sales team, whilst also taking ownership of budgets and targets.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales, business development and key account management success from a manufacturer, distributor or importer of electrical/electronic products or components.
- Strategic leader who can guide the commercial direction of the business whilst also acting as the 'face of the company' in a front-line senior sales role, capable of building long-term relationships.
- Managed sales teams to targets of £2m - £10m.
- Experience of building, developing and managing a sales team and knowing how to get the best out of sales professionals.
