Airfield Engineering Asset Project Specialist

We are recruiting a Project Engineer for the Electrical Engineering Assets team in the Southern region of the UK. This role involves managing and overseeing projects across the company's diverse portfolio across all sectors, including the installation of equipment and completion of post-project documentation. The successful candidate will attend site meetings, represent the company before, during, and after project completion, and evaluate and prioritise work within the project schedule. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for this role, as well as a recognised Electrical apprenticeship and NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects across the company's portfolio
- Install equipment and complete post-project documentation
- Attend site meetings and represent the company
- Evaluate and prioritise work within the project schedule
- Support the Sales Team with technical advice and information
- Communicate with the Head Office in Germany and the Bender supply chain
Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical apprenticeship
- NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical engineering
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Knowledge of medical clinical equipment or industrial sector (advantageous)
- Experience with Autocad drawing packages (advantageous)
- Experience in working with Design and/or Quality teams (advantageous)
