Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement for clients across the EMEA & APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with consulting managers to deliver strategic projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on media strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with regional capability and sales teams to develop pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Analyse retailer sales and customer data to identify opportunities for media growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement CRM or media strategies that meet client objectives and improve media performance.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in similar global/ regional consulting roles for global organisations.
  • Clinical experience of working with Retailers, Media Agencies, and Brands.
  • Strong understanding of the broader media landscape and benefits of each media solution to brands, along with good grasp of metrics used to target and measure each Channel.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good working knowledge of enabling technologies for media and broader customer experience.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000, depending on location and experience.
