Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in community solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise-sized businesses. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales development, marketing, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum annual quota of $700K
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
