Job Description

Are you passionate about empowering sales and commercial teams with high-quality training and development opportunities? We're seeking a skilled Sales and Commercial Trainer to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd, a leading distributor, manufacturer, and exporter of health, beauty, and household products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • GCSEs in Maths & English.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and changing priorities.
