About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Development Specialist to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training solutions to our Sales and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
  • Develop and deliver learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • GCSEs in Maths & English.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
