Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deliver Training Solutions
    • Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
    • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Sales and Commercial teams.
  • Evaluate and Improve Training Programs
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve training program effectiveness.
  • Manage Training Records and Reporting
    • Manage and maintain accurate training records.
    • Report on training attendance and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education and Experience
    • GCSEs in Maths and English.
    • Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Full, clean driving license.
    • Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
    • Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and changing priorities.
