About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Trainer to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a Sales and Commercial Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality training solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Solutions: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Sales and Commercial teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to achieve their objectives.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
  • Evaluate and Improve Training Programs: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage Training Records: Maintain accurate training records and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Perform Additional Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • GCSEs in Maths and English: Hold GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Intermediate Computer Literacy: Have intermediate computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Full Driving License: Hold a full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in Sales Training and Commercial Roles: Have experience in sales training and commercial roles.
  • Strong Relationship-Building and Communication Skills: Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confident in Delivering Face-to-Face and Online Learning Solutions: Be confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems: Have familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Self-Motivated with Strong Time Management and Attention to Detail: Be self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Adapt to Different Learning Styles and Changing Priorities: Have the ability to adapt to different learning styles and changing priorities.
