Job Description

As a key member of the Conference & Banqueting team at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient organization of events, including meetings, conferences, private events, weddings, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage the Conference & Banqueting department to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to the profitable operation of the hotel by controlling budgets and minimizing waste.
  • Maximize opportunities for up-selling and ensure all staff have thorough product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong operational track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
