Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Trainee Manager Development Programme at Bishop's Gate Hotel Derry, a luxury boutique hotel and member of Ireland's Blue Book.
As a Trainee Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various operations departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. You will receive continuous guidance and mentoring from our experienced senior management team, enabling you to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities- Rotate through various operations departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
- Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist operational managers in achieving departmental objectives.
- Take on responsibilities early on and receive guidance from departmental managers.
- Complete professional qualifications at recognized learning centers.

About YouWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in delivering great experiences for others. You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or similar role in a hospitality environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding service.
