Top Staff Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Manager to join our client's team in Ulster. Reporting to the Hotel Directors, this role will be responsible for all aspects of the pre-opening and day-to-day operation of the Hotel.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in pre-opening and opening hotels
  • Solid hands-on hotel management experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment, preferably as a Food & Beverage Manager or Operations Manager
  • Hands-on experience in hotel operations, specifically Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of commercial and financial knowledge, including budgeting and forecasts
  • Passionate about standards and provision of excellence in hospitality
  • Ability to lead and motivate a strong team of Departmental Managers and drive inclusiveness throughout the organisation
  • Strong personality and ability to promote a fun work ethos
  • Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem-solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems from developing
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Impeccable leadership and management skills, a strong work ethic with an emphasis on effective communication practices
  • Keen understanding of hotel-related laws and regulations, including Health & Safety, Fire & Employment Law
