RUCKUS Networks, a leader in providing advanced wireless and wired solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineering Operations Manager to support the internal operations of our WW Systems Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work in a multinational environment supporting a global team.

The role can be based in the UK, Spain, or Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee and streamline the daily operations of the Systems Engineering team, ensuring efficient workflows and enhanced productivity through effective processes.

Training and Development: Administer internal training programs via the Learning Management System (LMS), support content development, and monitor training progress to ensure continuous employee development.

Internal Communications: Foster effective internal communications within the team, keeping all members informed about project statuses, organizational updates, and other relevant information.

External Channel Enablement: Plan and complete external channel enablement activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, including training, resources, and tools to ensure alignment and effective implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a multinational, multicultural environment, strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with product development and lifecycle management.
