About the Role

This Business Growth Associate position is ideal for a sales professional looking to progress their career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

As a Business Growth Associate, you will be responsible for creating long lists for client mandates, headhunting candidates and generating short lists. You will also develop new business and generate new leads, network with clients and candidates domestically and internationally, and secure deals making highly lucrative commission.

You will work in a collaborative team environment and have access to comprehensive training and development programs to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and candidates
  • Generate new leads and close deals
  • Sell consulting services to clients

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 (OTE)
