Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Summary: Ground Control is seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and ensuring timely delivery of services.
About the Role:
- Identify new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in an operations or service delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing effectively.
