Commercial Growth Strategist

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to drive commercial outcomes and aid strategy in Essex.
This role offers a broad remit to develop profitability while improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Market and competitor analysis, financial modelling, and business intelligence/data specialist
- Strategy development, business planning, and roadmap implementation
- Business development expert with a customer-centric approach
- Review of current systems and processes to improve overall client experience
- Regular market research on best practice client experience to develop the client charter
- Identification and scoping of opportunities for profitable growth
- Overall management, assessment, and continuous improvement of client relationships
- Top-level view of the firm's structure and modelling of necessary changes to meet 5-year objectives
- Budget ownership for change programmes and marketing expenditure
- Senior stakeholder for marketing and promotion, overseeing strategy design
- Development of the firm's future direction and provision of client services
- Commercial acumen and awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Pro-active and strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and results-driven attitude
- Change management and project experience
- Good understanding of marketing and business development activities
- Ability to work externally with clients
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building relationships
- Candidate should come from a client or customer service-led environment with strong commercial experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record in analysis, reporting, data, and business development linked to commercial growth and profitability
- Educated to MBA level, preferably (relevant degree essential)
