We are seeking a Commercial Director/Partner to join our senior leadership team and contribute to driving commercial outcomes, aiding strategy, and improving profitability.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and awareness, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for market analysis, financial modelling, and business development, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and implementing change programmes.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Leader, you will be tasked with reviewing current systems and processes to improve overall client experience and carrying out regular market research to develop our client charter.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market & competitor analysis, financial modelling, and BI/data specialist
  2. Strategy, business planning, and roadmap development
  3. Business development expert with a customer-centric approach
  4. Review current systems and processes to improve overall client experience
  5. Carry out regular market research on best practice client experience helping to develop our client charter
  6. Identifying opportunities and scoping, modelling, designing, and implementing change programmes that will lead to profitable growth
  7. Overall management, assessment, and continuous improvement to review and analyze how the firm can do more with current clients/customers
  8. Budget owner for any change programmes/PR/Marketing expenditure
  9. Senior stakeholder for marketing & promotion – overall strategy design for increasing our presence and maintaining a status of a trusted brand
  10. Developing and influencing the future direction of the firm and the provision of client services in accordance with firm values

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can think creatively and strategically to drive business growth and improve client experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen and awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in analysis, reporting, data, and business development
  • Educated to MBA level ideally (relevant degree essential in economics, legal, business, or accountancy)
