We are looking for a highly motivated Defence Industry Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Minerva Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and new business development.
About You- You have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the defence industry.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic and growing company.
