HR Advisor | Salary up to £30,000

We're working with our market-leading retail client to recruit for a HR Advisor. The role will be mainly focused on ER activity and line manager capability. If you're currently an HR Advisor looking for that next challenge, or a HR Coordinator ready to step up - this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on ER cases, helping to increase line manager HR/ER capability, and supporting line managers with day-to-day HR queries.
  • Proactively identifying and building important relationships across the site and the wider business.
  • Supporting managers to increase their capability, delivering key people initiatives as part of the people agenda and drive engagement across the site.
  • Ensuring consistency and best practice processes are in place, bringing your own ideas and initiatives to the table to continuously improve and challenge our thinking.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR - ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
  • Experience with all aspects of Employment tribunals.
  • A customer-first mentality and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • A love for working at pace in an agile environment where things can change at any moment.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with a wide variety of people, winning as a team.
