Senior HR Business Partner

As a trusted advisor to the Management Team, you will deliver a business partnering service to drive people-related initiatives and support the growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice and support to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborating with the HR Transformation Lead to develop operational readiness plans and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver people priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyzing monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coaching and upskilling the ER Team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Managing employee engagement and performance management activities to drive business success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative HR Director in a well-established and successful business undergoing a period of transformation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong HR generalist with excellent business partnering skills, experience working through change, and a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a positive, solutions-focused individual with the ability to question and challenge, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders.

Experience working in a complex/matrix business is highly advantageous.

Salary: £65,000 per annum plus benefits.

Hybrid working arrangement with 2/3 days onsite in Cheshire.
