Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner for a dynamic and evolving business in Cheshire, you will play a key role in delivering a business partnering service to the Management Team and wider Business. Your expertise will be sought after by managers and directors as a trusted advisor and coach on people-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic advice and support to managers and directors within your specific business area.
- Collaborate with the HR Transformation Lead to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and deliver a quality HR service.
- Work with COEs and specialist teams to ensure delivery of people priorities.
- Analyze monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering short- and long-term solutions.
- Coach and upskill the ER Team, as well as lead on complex cases.
- Manage employee engagement and performance management activities.

Experience in a complex/matrix business is highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be a positive, solutions-focused individual with the ability to question and challenge, as well as influence and build positive stakeholder relationships.
Salary: £65,000 per annum plus benefits. Hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite (Cheshire).
