As a key member of the Frazer Jones team, you will play a vital role in delivering a business partnering service to the Leadership Team and wider Business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on HR Change activities, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and delivering a quality HR business partnering service.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and specialists to ensure delivery of people priorities.
  • Analysis of monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics relating to sickness absence, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Coaching and upskilling of the ER Team, as well as leading on complex cases.
  • Managing employee engagement and performance management activities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a supportive and collaborative HR Director in a well-established and successful business undergoing a period of significant change. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in wider change projects and contribute to the development of talent strategy with business leaders.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR generalist with excellent business partnering skills and experience working through significant change and transformation.
  • Flexible approach within a busy, changing, and commercial environment.
  • Positive, solutions-focused individual with the ability to question and challenge, as well as influence and build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience within a complex/matrix business is highly advantageous, as is M&A.

What We Offer:

Up to £70,000 per annum plus benefits, hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite in Cheshire.
