We are looking for an experienced After Sales Strategy Developer to join our team at WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our after sales strategy, systems and day-to-day operations.

Our customers are predominately small businesses where our commercial refrigeration products are business critical, therefore a robust service plan, structure and process is essential. As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in developing and implementing after sales strategies. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
