We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our client's award-winning accountancy firm in Devon. As their Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing annual accounts and tax computations for both incorporated and un-incorporated businesses. You will also ensure that accounting records for clients are maintained and kept up to date, and comply with internal policies and procedures, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Some of the key tasks of this role include:

  • Preparing annual accounts and tax computations for clients
  • Maintaining and updating accounting records for clients
  • Complying with internal policies and procedures, ethical standards and regulatory requirements
  • Corresponding with clients and HMRC via email and telephone

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant and current experience in all aspects of accounts and tax return preparation, preferably with at least 2 years' accountancy practice experience. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be highly experienced in using accounting software.
