About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the Future Supply of Reservoir Engineers project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver the Future Supply of Reservoir Engineers project, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with project partners, including government bodies and internal committees, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Lead and coordinate working groups of volunteer experts to gather insights, develop recommendations, and produce project reports.
  • Draft comprehensive reports on findings, statistics, and recommendations for UK government. Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Track project outcomes, monitor progress against targets, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, preferably within the civil engineering or public sector.
  • Understanding of civil engineering practices and professional development within the field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • A self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering public policy, knowledge creation, or educational projects, with a strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of the civil engineering sector and public sector projects is desirable.
