About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Project Coordinator to join our team at All Survivors Project. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing international organisation, driving our external visibility and engagement through strategic communications, brand management, and media relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to increase our reach and brand awareness, as well as maximising income. This role demands a well-organised individual who can work closely with our Operations and Special Projects Manager, as well as national teams, to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Strategy: Support the development of a strategic communications plan to amplify our work and the broader issue of conflict-related sexual violence against men and boys.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in our key messages, visual identity, style, tone, and language across all internal and external platforms and communications.
  • Content Creation and Development: Conceptualise, coordinate, and deliver innovative social media content, videos, newsletters, website copy, and other digital/print products that drive engagement with key audiences.
  • Media and Public Relations: Proactively develop relationships with journalists to secure media coverage, including op-eds and features in news reports.
  • Digital and Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels and website, ensuring regular updates, high-quality content, and improved user engagement.
Requirements
  • Essential: Experience working in a similar role within a human rights I/NGO and civil society organisation, proficiency in digital marketing channels, and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with international development or human rights issues, particularly conflict-related sexual violence, and knowledge of GDPR/data protection regulations.
