Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to deploy operational staff efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained using the Kronos system and promote its efficient utilisation throughout the prison.
  • Support the Security Team in maintaining prison security by following all security procedures and instructions.
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety culture to achieve British Safety Council 5 Star recognition.
  • Conduct searches of vehicles, occupants, visitors, and their property upon entry or exit to ensure prison security.
  • Participate in internal and external vehicle escorts and patrols, adhering to contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and radio networks to maintain prison security.
