As a luxury hotel, we pride ourselves on attracting talent who embody the values of humility, respect, integrity, dedication, and courtesy. We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive our product forward.

This role involves leading service excellence through team development, with continuous visibility to staff and guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Manage departmental heads and teams, creating clear guidelines and tracking progress while implementing change and improvements.
  • Finance: Control departmental costs and account for operational departments' P&Ls. Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen are essential.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for allocated projects, identifying opportunities and strategizing plans.
  • Responsibility/Accountability: Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and empower management to make decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Deliver detailed information confidently and consistently, maintaining approachability and listening skills.

We require a candidate with substantial experience in Hotel Management at a similar level of luxury hotels, with strong knowledge of food and beverage and events operations. A proven track record of delivering projects and change management is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and be able to manage finances effectively. Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
