SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional learning needs in a vibrant and inclusive specialist school in Witney. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and specialists to support the children's educational, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with Autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, mental health needs, and physical disabilities
• Assist with class activities and provide a positive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with students and equip them with life skills
• Work closely with teachers and specialists to develop individualized support plans
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and bright personality
• Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults
• Relevant degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Health and Social Care
What We Offer:
• Competitive daily rate of £80-£90
• Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 15:30pm
• ASAP start
