Academics LTD is partnering with a number of outstanding secondary schools in Witney, which are currently seeking enthusiastic and proactive Cover Supervisors to support students' learning while overseeing lessons in the absence of their regular teachers.

A minimum of GCSEs in Maths or English (grade C or above) is required. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) if this is an area you're passionate about. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student behaviour to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
  • Supervise the lessons set by the class teacher and support students in completing their tasks.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and staff, acting as a role model.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of students at all times.
