Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Infant Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. The successful candidate will work with infants, children, and families in Plymouth, providing consultation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions. The role requires a strong understanding of infant and child mental health, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consultation, assessment, and interventions to infants, children, and families
* Work with other CAMHS pathways across the city to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies
* Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Core qualification in nursing, social work, OT, or psychology with at least 3 years post-registration experience
* Experience working with infants, children, and families in mental health
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
