We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our internal and external sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in strategic planning, effective leadership, and team management.
This role involves managing the internal business development team and five external sales reps, ensuring a cohesive, motivated, and high-achieving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and aligning the sales strategy across company levels, leading sales teams to achieve revenue and profit margin targets, and recruiting, managing, and developing sales teams.
This dynamic role offers a competitive salary package, including a car, laptop, and phone, as well as a pension scheme and life insurance. If you are a personable, dynamic, and professional individual with a passion for driving results, we encourage you to apply.
£90,000 OTE based on 75,000 negotiable dependent on experience, plus uncapped bonus.
